  Regional Tasting Plate- with regional cheeses, Gooramadda Olives, locally cured meats, antipasto, King Valley Fine Foods pesto, & bread

Smoked Trout, Leek & Green Pea risotto- topped with crispy pancetta

Sticky Thai Pork Belly- with green pawpaw salad, nhamjim dressing & chilli fried crackling

Pumpkin Gnocchi- with marinated artichoke, eggplant, roasted red capsicum, gorgonzola cream & wilted spinach

Twelve-hour braised Lamb Shank- with panfried greens, garlic mash & honey mustard jus
