   Amulet will be open for lunch Melbourne Cup weekend:  Friday 2nd, Sat 3rd, Sun 4th & Mon 5th November.  From 12 noon.

   Cellar door tasting & sales will be available every day from 10 am to 5 pm during the Melbourne Cup period.

   Come out and soak up our fabulous views, and sample the Spring menu.

   Taste our Spring Feature wine Sangiovese Rose, the other wines on our list, and Beechworth Cider.

 Spring Menu, 2018

  Regional Tasting Plate- with Boosey Creek cheeses, EV Olives, cured meats, antipasto, pesto & bread

Harrietville Smoked Trout Fettucine- with lemon hollandaise, asparagus salsa & shaved fennel

Cider Glazed Pork Belly- with goat's cheese shuffle, dutch carrot terrine, confit shallot, cherry & Rose reduction

Recommended wine: Sangiovese Rose

Pumpkin Gnocchi- with marinated artichoke, eggplant stuffed peppers, gorgonzola cream & wilted spinach

Twelve-hour Barbera-braised Lamb Shank- with panfried broccolini, garlic mash & honey mustard jus

Recommended wine: Barbera

Regional Cheese Plate- with accompaniments including our Sangiovese/Barbera paste

Sticky Date Pudding- with Gundowring French Vanilla icecream

Table Top Figs in Syrup- with Gundowring French Vanilla icecream
